- Are all your products vintage?
Everything we stock in the website is vintage (unless stated otherwise). This means that it is second hand and had been previously worn before. The stock is handpicked vintage from different warehouses around the world.
With that in mind, not all vintage items will be perfect. It is withing our best interest to sell the products as accurate as possible. Therefore, any defects will be photographed or stated in the description.
- Will you restock on sold items?
Unfortunately, we cannot restock on sold items as they are vintage pieces. All pieces are one of one, once it has been sold it is no longer available.
- How often do you guys get new stock?
We often get new stock on a weekly basis. We drop these new pieces every Monday at 6PM AEST.
We recommend following us on Instagram @8thstreet.store, checking our website weekly, or by signing up to our newsletter in order to be the first to see the latest drops.
- What's the sizing like?
Every sizes listed will be men's sizes for ease of mind. All stock aim to provide an oversized cool look.
Due to its second-hand nature, there are discrepancies to be mindful of. This includes but are not limited to: washing, shrinking, stretching, and various styles throughout different time eras.
We will always state what the products actual 'size label states', as well as our 'recommended size'.
Please note that vintage sizing is subjective. If you would like more information on the size of a garment, feel free to message us via Instagram @8thstreet.store or by using the 'Contact Us' page.
- Is there a place for me to try them on first?
Yes, if you would like to have a personalised experience. Please contact us first and we're happy to set up a time for you in our headquarters.
- How do I place an order?
Once you're on the product listing, click 'Add to Cart'. Once you are ready, head to your basket and click on the 'Check Out' button. Follow through the prompt by entering your shipping information, and selecting your preferred shipping method. Lastly, you will be asked for your payment details and your order will be secured.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit and Debit cards, as well as Paypal and Apple Pay.
We also offer interest free payments such as Afterpay and zipPay.
- How much does shipping cost?
For Australian Orders:
- Standard Shipping: $10 AUD
- Express Shipping: $15 AUD (Free for orders over $130 AUD)
For New Zealand Orders:
- Standard Shipping: $12.50 AUD
- Express Shipping: $20 AUD
For Rest of the World:
- International Shipping: $25 AUD
- Express Shipping: $40 AUD
- When will I get my order?
Once your order has been placed, we aim to despatch it within 1-2 working days. It will be despatched via Australia Post.
Australia posts delivery times are currently as stated:
- Standard: 1-2 weeks
- Express: within 1 week
Please note that shipping times may take longer during busy periods. For Example, Christmas and New Years.
- Can I amend my order?
If you have made a mistake with your order, it is advised that you contact us immediately. Please use the 'Contact Us' page or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We aim to work through our orders as soon as possible to ensure an efficient delivery time for our customers. Once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to amend your order anymore.
- How do I track my order?
All order are shipped using Australia Post, once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

- Do you accept returns?
Items can be returned in exchange for store credit. For more information on returning an order, see Return Policy
- My item arrived not in the condition it was stated?
As with vintage clothing, all items have been previously worn. We will always try to state/photograph any significant defects. We prefer to sell products with special characteristics, items that are beautifully aged and with unique imperfections. This is what makes vintage clothing unique and reinforces the idea of one of one.
We recommend that you carefully check the product listing if you have an item in question. If the damage is significant and not stated, please use Contact Us page or by emailing us at email@example.com with your name, order number and photographs of the damage.
